Mawa Kondanaar mobile application is an initiative of the District Administration, Kondagaon to help the people to submit and track their grievances.
Through this mobile app, citizens can submit their grievances from anywhere and track their grievances through system-generated unique grievance id.
This app is an integrated dashboard for the officer or officers in-charge of all the departments, who can see the grievances and resolve them in a time bound manner.
This app enables the citizen to send the grievance through uploading a photograph or video message or audio message or document.
The Head of Departments can log in to the portal and resolve the public grievances directly.
The District Collector can regularly monitor the whole process.
This app will speed up the overall process of grievance redressal.
